You have 60 days from the delivery date to return an item that’s in its original condition, with all packaging and tags included. Keep in mind that the item must not be worn or damaged, or it may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Motocard gives you the flexibility to choose between a full refund to your original payment method or store credit for future purchases. This way, you can decide what works best for you. Please note that they don’t offer free return shipping, so you’ll need to cover the shipping costs yourself.
