If you’re considering ordering some bits from Meshki but you’re not quite sure about the Meshki returns process, we’ve got you covered with a rundown of how it works. Just read below!

How do I return an item to Meshki?

Returns are pretty straightforward at Meshki thanks to their returns portal.

To start your return, all you have to do is put in your order number and postcode. Your order number can be found on the email you received to confirm that your order was placed.

thank you for your order

From here, you’ll be able to select the item(s) you want to return and send it off to the warehouse.

Once your return has been received by Meshki, you can expect to receive your money back to the original payment method in approximately 5-7 business days.

But before sending off your return, you’ll need to make sure it meets the following requirements:

  • It’s unworn and in original condition (with all the tags still attached)
  • It has zero marks or stains (this includes any makeup and spray tan)
  • The hygiene stickers are still in place
  • The item does not have any smell (including deodorant, perfume, body odor or washing powder)
  • It’s not a final sale item as these cannot be returned
  • You have a receipt and proof of purchase
  • You’re not returning earrings (earrings can’t be returned for hygiene reasons)

⚠️ You have 14 days to return your item(s). Any items received after 14 days but within 30 days will be subject to store credit which is valid for 12 months. ⚠️

Are Meshki returns free?

Meshki does not cover shipping return costs for customers in the UK, but it’s not as confusing as it may seem. Return shipping is covered by a flat fee of £9.99. This fee is deducted from the total returned value.

So if you’ve spent £144.99 on Meshki, and send everything back, you’ll receive a total refund of £134.98 as £9.99 will cover shipping costs.

What if my Meshki order is faulty?

Good one! If your Meshki order is faulty, you have 14 days to notify Meshki. You can do this via the returns portal (just like a normal return) and by selecting ‘arrived defective’.

You’ll be asked to provide a description and image of the fault which will be assessed by customer service.

You’ll be sent a free returns label and once your item has been received by Meshki, you’ll get a full refund. This will take around 5-7 business days, and again will be sent to the original payment method.

Can I exchange my Meshki order?

If you return an item within 30 days of receiving it, then yes, you can exchange it! This option is only available to customers in the UK, Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain and Ireland.

It’s a pretty simple process – once the returned order label has been scanned in transit by the courier, the new item will be dispatched.

And now you’re thinking ‘what’s the damage, if any at all?’

Well exchange shipping is covered by a flat fee of £12.99. This fee is deducted from the total returned value. So, if your original order is with £200, and you decide to exchange the entire order, you’ll be able to order up to £187.01 worth of items without having to pay anything more.

⚠️ Bear in mind that an exchange can only be processed one time per original order. ⚠️

I returned an item to Meshki, will I get the import charges I paid back?

No. Import duty and tax is not included in your refund. But that’s not to say you cannot get it back at all. There are two ways to receive a refund of customs charges:

  1. Contact HMRC for a refund. This is a long-winded process which involves filling out multiple forms and waiting for HMRC to contact you.
  1. Submitting a claim with Duty Refunds – we’ll do all the groundwork with HMRC for you, for just 15% of the total refund.
